Lee serves as the chief financial officer of Aetion where he oversees financial operations, accounting, and business and corporate planning activities.
Since 2011, Lee has served as CFO for four technology ventures, each a PaaS, including charting the financial growth and M&A exits of appMobi (acquired by Intel in 2013), of The Orchard (acquired by Sony in 2015), of NOVA where Lee led financial model development and early investment, and of Uphold, a fintech wallet platform for which he continues to serve on the board.
Earlier in his career in finance with UBS and BMO Capital, Lee was a senior equity researcher covering internet and media sectors. His investment research and opinions attracted widespread recognition by institutional investors and financial press for his longer-range market analysis and projection accuracy.
Lee earned a his BA from Yale and an MBA from Columbia. He lives in Greenwich, Connecticut and feels grateful for a tight-knit family life with his wife, Adrienne, and their daughters, Avery and Lindsay, every day.
